Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wyposażenia dla jednostek OSP z terenu Gminy Kłodzko:
1) zestaw ratownictwa medycznego PSP R1 - bez szyn i deski ortopedycznej – 1 sztuka,
2) hełm– 10 sztuk,
3) zestaw PSP R1 z szynami oraz deską ortopedyczną – 3 sztuki,
4) piła ratownicza do cięcia szyb– 1 sztuka,
5) wspornik progowy skośny 1 sztuka.
6) zestaw Interwencyjny (hooligan + topór) – 1 sztuka,
7) podnośnik 48”(122cm) – 1 sztuka.
8) radiotelefon Motorola– 3 sztuki.
9) zestaw Ratownictwa drogowego– 1 sztuka.
10) przenośny system oświetlenia – 1 sztuka,
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia - SIWZ - stanowiącej załącznik do niniejszego zapytania ofertowego.
Ofertę należy złożyć za pośrednictwem platformy. Do oferty winny być załączone następujące dokumenty:
1) formularz ofertowy stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SIWZ.
