1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest konserwacja rowu melioracji wodnych R-F (dz. nr 94 obręb Stary Wielisław, gmina Kłodzko) na długości 180 mb.
Ofertę należy złożyć za pośrednictwem platformy zakupowej wpisując wartość brutto całego zamówienia.
2. Kod numeryczny Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV) dla przedmiotowego zadania: 71311100-2 Usługi dodatkowe w zakresie inż. lądowej i wodnej.
3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 3 do SWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz obmiar.
4. Każdy wykonawca może złożyć tylko jedną ofertę.
5. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych.
6. Ofertę należy złożyć za pośrednictwem platformy. Do oferty winny być załączone następujące dokumenty:
1) formularz oferty stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ,
